  : Staff was terrible at communicating, was 3+ hours late for our check in. Tried to give us a room with one bed when we had paid for a room with two beds.

  : The location is perfect. The staff is very friendly.
  : Om booking.com the description of the hotel includes breakfast. A part from the location that the reason, I chose this hotel. But that is s service the hotel hasnt been offering since COVID-19. When I pointed this put out to the staff, the answer was, that I had to complain to booking.com. I did, and they told me it was a matter between the hotel and me. It is absolutely not acceptable that no one will take the responsability. We didnt sleep very much, since there was a lot of noise during the night. The walls much be paper thin since we could hear other people talk, walk, sneeze and having sex. The room had no window.

  : Location, location, location
  : State and design of the room and furniture was very, very poor. We booked, 6 weeks ahead, a room but were upgraded from room to apartment because the rooms were fully booked. The Apartment? a broomcabert, doors to the kitchenette locked with a chain, as we reserved and paid for a room, not the apartment. Hot water equipment for other rooms in our shower room. State of the building and furniture seems 70 years old and never maintained. The best part was the man who welcomed us. He was friendly and helpful, we saw him just once. You feel like a beggar to sleep in this sleeping thing. Location is superior, that's all.
