  : quiet hotel and central to attractions. had a kettle and teabags, bathroom clean and worked well. felt secure
  : initial after-hours access to hotel was not clear but eventually sorted. need to have your own wifi not to get caught out.

  : great location in the center, roomy and clean. beds are comfortable.
  : the covers blankets in the closet were not clean, they smell. also, the minibar in the room is not cold at all, basically you dont have cold drinks during your stay.

  : Very centrally located and the space was clean. Staff were helpful.
  : Just a little too small to navigate around the room without bumping into sharp corners (bed etc)

  : The location was very close to the Metro station. It was also centrally located enough so that an Uber was easily accessible.
  : There was absolutely no face-to-face human interaction with hotel staff. It was self-check in. We were required to submit passports via email prior to check-in, which I did not feel comfortable with given phishing and internet fraud. Furthermore, clear instructions for self check-in were not provided. While the space/room was relatively well-appointed, the whole process for checking in completely left us feeling negatively about the stay.

  : It was a convenient location and nice neighbourhood.
  : The aircon didnt work, and when we complained we were told that the staff would look at it the next day (after we checked out!)The list of rules youre given are about 10 pages long. If you want to check out before 10am, you must advise staff as its an early checkout. Any checkout after 10am is a late checkout and youre liable for extra fees. (Not sure when youre meant to checkout then).If you use the aircon they will charge you 5. If you check in late or have to call a staff member (there are none on site) they will charge you 25 - 50. Youre also not allowed to store any of your own food or drinks in the minibar (we didnt as it was not working and running hot).
