  : The hot water was a little unpredictable and we struggled to get a warm shower.

  : The location of the apartment was great, and the furniture was not very used.
  : The first day we arrived, about 20 minutes after we received our keys, we realized the gas didn't work. This was a big problem, as we have an infant son whose bottles needed to be sterilized on the stove. We called immediately for aid, but Paola, who let us in, did not believe that the gas was not lit. She continued to tell us how to turn the knobs to light the gas, what direction to turn them in, etc, even though we told her we have the same type of stove at home. We sent two videos, called at least twice, and wrote several text messages. Finally, an hour and a half later, 45 minutes after she quit responding, she told us her colleague was arriving. The gas was fixed while we were out, looking for dinner, and when we asked what the problem was, she never responded. Also, the bathroom door did not shut, unless it was pulled with great force. We have two older children, and we had to either help them close the door or they left the door open. Finally, there wasn't a lot of natural light coming in - only that from two doors leading onto a small patio found on an interior courtyard.

  : The shower and sink drains need to be unclog/cleaned. The water is not draining properly anymore.

  : The sofa bed was sinking in it's middle very badly and was extremely creaky and uncomfortable to sleep on. The windows did not let in any light as they all backed on to a closed courtyard. The noise from the street and restaurants below was a lot. There was no kettle. There was a lot of dust under the beds and sofabed which was escaping just by walking past them. It was very basic and overpriced for what it was. You would expect something more thought through for the guests and better quality with better hosting (e.g. leave welcome refreshment or local recommendations etc) for that money.

  : Nice location, nice 2 big apartments, for our group 9 people perfect
  : One apartment has windows to the street above the restaurant, it is noisy, second one has windows to the centre of the house and has low light. Sofa bed is not comfortable for sleeping. The smell in the apatments was not pleasant. Not possible late check out, not possible luggage deposit.
