  : The location was great very central.
  : I have to be honest I was left very disappointed by my experience as a whole and unfortunately was probably the worst stay I have ever had in a hotel. When we checked in the room was dirty as when we entered the room the bin hadnt been cleared as there was a cigarette end in the bin (presumably from the previous guests). Between the sides of the desks there was the biggest pile of dust I have ever seen and again another half smoked cigarette. The area near the sink and shower also hadnt been cleaned and was not cleaned throughout our stay as there was dried up toothpaste marks from previous guests. Walls were thin so I was woken up multiple times throughout the night as guests walked up the stairs. If you are lucky you may get a room which is more modern for the same price I paidThe shower did not drain so every time it was used it quite literally flooded the bathroom. The bathroom was also full of grime limescale and in parts had mold. The room was not clean there was dust everywhere in addition the room did not look fit to have guests there were marks ALL over the walls as well as the paint was chipped. And somehow there was even two footprints on the ceiling??When we checked in the cards we were given did not work at which point the staff member said that was not a problem so gave us a code for the outside door- however failed to mention we might need this to get through a second door meaning I was locked out of the room and had to wait for the manager who arrived promptly so we only waited about 20-30 mins. However this was an oversight on the staff members part - which in addition the other receptionist instead of apologising insinuated we were to blame due to having the card close to the phone. When I pointed out the card never worked and was tested by the staff who checked us in still no apology was given (the card was also broken and held in place with sellotape)

  : The beds. Mattress uncomfortable and the timbers under the bed kept falling off.Stayed here for four nights. Only got fresh towels on the third day.

  : Located near metro station in the city center.Good bed with comfortable mattress. Friendly staff.
  : Small room with old furniture and electrical appliances, walls require to be repainted.The door locker was not available from the inside, theres a chain instead. No glasses for water. Broken shower pipe and the water was leaking on the floor.
