  : Nothing at all. I wouldn't recommend to stay in these filthy rooms to anyone. And it is hugely overpriced. Vicinity of Fountain Trevi and restaurants, and no access for taxis, is an absolute disadvantage.

  : There was everything in the room and bathroom which we needed, including Coffee and tea.. The room and bathroom wete clean and modern. The Position is excellent and surprisingly quite even though just a few Meters away from Trevi fountain. The bed was Firm but very comfortable.and we slept well.
  : The room is very small. Ok for one or two nights max I would say.There was a Safe, but it was Not attached to the Wall / Had become unglued..The breakfast is in a near by Caf and consisted of Just a Croissant with a Cup of terrible Coffee and small bottle of fruit Juice.. I would have expected more for The price. The people in the Caf were also not very friendly. The water in the shower was Luke warm.

  : The one saving grace was the location, convenient to access nearby attractions.Another highlight was the service provided by a young man from housekeeping, he tried to solve our issues.
  : Our recent stay at this bed and bath left much to be desired. The room bore no resemblance to the pictures we had seen online at Booking.com, and it was a major disappointment. Adding to the frustration, the elevator wasn't available for our floor, which was an inconvenience because we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable, we contacted the host to address this matter and they put a comforter on the mattress but not much better. Despite a seemingly clean appearance, the room somehow felt dirty. Unfortunately, during our entire stay we didn't have hot water, it was only lukewarm at best. Additionally, the water pressure was extremely low, making it quite challenging to take a comfortable shower. Also, the WiFi in my room was extremely poor, it was so bad that I couldn't even get the television to work properly, streaming or even basic channel surfing was nearly impossible due to constant buffering and interruptions. To top it off, our view was of the trash, which was far from pleasant.

  : I like that my friend and I were able to leave our bags in the hotel after check out in the morning. This gave us the opportunity to enjoy the rest of the day to sight see. We were given an extra key and was able to come back to get our bags whenever we returned

  : I never got to see the apartment. I received a call 5h before check-in letting me know if some bathroom leak and my reservation was canceled. Quite infuriating

This is my second review for BQ House Trevi Luxury Rooms, unfortunately I had already booked one more night before our our stay for the first reservation and I could get my payment refunded if I canceled. I asked for a different room because the one we were staying bore no resemblance to the pictures we had seen online at Booking.com, and it was a major disappointment, very very small and uncomfortable. At first they said that they were going to make the room change, unfortunately when the time came they canceled the new room and we had to stay where we were.
