  : location so near Roma termini , so many stores and good price restaurants near. big bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. it was clean and the host was so kind

  : The place is great located. That was its best point. Near the train station, to get to the AirPort but also if you want to travel out of the city. Without any problems we could travel by the see. Great place to get to Coloseum, beautiful via Urbana Forum Romanum and even Vatican by walk or metro. Many shops, restaurants and morning bars. The property is full of space, with nice view for a Roman street. There is a lift and aircon. The bedrooms are full of space with nice beds.
  : I would recomend that place for 4 -5 people max. Because the third Bed is in the kitchen. And it is not comfortable especialy if you want to sleep for two in this one Bed. Or you Have some problems with a spine.

  : Great value place to have a full functioning kitchen and room for 4+ guests in Rome. Rooms are very large and the aircon was a life saver. The host is super friendly and helpful too - he made the effort to come meet us earlier so we could drop off our bags before check-in which was so appreciated! Excellent communication. Would stay at Casa Pavona again.
  : We had to secure the shower head ourselves as it didn't stay up by itself but otherwise a great place to stay, particularly if it's handy to be close to Termini station during your stay.

  : Apartment was extremely close to the train station and some restaurants & souvenir shops. Right down the street from the hop on hop off bus that we ended up getting to go around the city. Very helpful location for being able to catch the train first thing in the morning to get back to the airport! We got in town early and at first the host did not want us to come ealry for check in. But later he told us we could drop our bags off at least an hour or two early and go around the city, so that was very helpful to not have to put them in lockers. Host contacted me several times and gave me very thorough pictures and videos for how to find the keys and get in the apartment.
  : Streets around the apartment were kind of dirty, as is common around busy train station areas (and honestly common throughout Rome). But the apartment itself was very nice and the apartment was very clean. was difficult to make the key work in the front door as well as the apartment itself. Host was notified about this. Seems like the lock needed to be fixed. replaced. also Appartment was all the way on the fifth floor. Lift was small so we often took the stairs all the way up. Certainly gave us a cardiovascular workout!
