  : Photos on booking do not correspond to the property. The apartment was on the attic, with too many stairs. Both the apartment and the building was smelling really bad because of humidity. Although it is listed on booking, no change of towels or cleaning is provided. For keeping the luggage, you have to pay at a laundry place safe. Overall, not recommended!

  : The location of the apartment was amazing, everything was 10-20 min away walking distance so there was no need for public transport. Our host Emiliano was helpful and friendly!
  : The sofa bed had a pretty thin mattress and it made a lot of noise when moving. The bathroom has transparent curtains so the people in the building accross can see you at night.

  : Great location, you can walk to all the attractions in Rome. Lovely city, we absolutely loved it.
  : The pictures do not match the reality as we rented an apartment with an equipped kitchen and ended up staying in an attic on a 5th floor. It takes about 70 stairs to get to the accommodation, so be aware if you carry a lot of bags or if you have children. The pictures showed a kitchen with a microwave and a cooking board and when we got there, we only had what looked like a camping portable cooking board. When we reported the situation to Lucas assistant, Emiliano, he said that in the pictures, it is clear that there is no microwave, we sent him the pictures of the house we booked on the app, with a microwave and a cooking board and he changed the subject to a problem with Booking as the pictures were not updated so we shouldnt expect to have a microwave (even thought we paid for it) then suggested us to use the portable cooking board (that worked very poorly) and accused us of not cooperating and only trying to find something wrong. So assuming there really was a problem with the Booking app we asked for a microwave which wasnt possible because of security reasons as there was no safe space for it and exchanging rooms wasnt a possibility either. The owner of the apartment solved the problem by refunding us 50 which is an ok attitude but doesnt change the fact that we paid for something we didnt get so be aware if you have intentions of cooking like we did.
