: The room is spacious and beautiful, and has all necessities. The automatic and late hour check-in is very convenient.
: The cleanness of the beddings and sofa surface could still be improved. Also the bidet is slightly clogged.

: Central Vatican rooms is not a hotel. It's an apartment with 3 different rooms. Each room has all the necessary facilities. However you should not expect hotel services (i.e. you need to request cleaning the room via WhatsApp one day in advance) or a reception (all is arranged via WhatsApp). That said, I did like a lot the location. It's super central with a metro station nearby. The bathroom is also very nice and the bed is comfortable. Next to that, I liked that the person I spoke to via WhatsApp was very responsive and even gave me tips for local restaurants and bars. Considering all the above, I would recommend Central Vatican Rooms for a short stay in Rome.
: One of the things I didn't like was that one of my main requests before arrival to have a NON soft pillow was not fulfilled. Secondly, it can get quite noisy at time since - as mentioned above - this place is essentially an apartment transformed into a guest room. Another thing I didn't like was that we had to search ourselves for toilet paper (there was only one roll available in the room and we booked a 4-night stay).

: Quiet place, extremely clean, excellent location, close to the underground and the Vatican, easy communication with the staff, the coffee was amazing, good value for the price. An excellent address.

: Clean, near Vatican museum.
: There was no reception and they didn't mention it anywhere. Two days ago they informed us that the property had been entered with a code. While they did not receive the tax payment by card and I was interested to ask how I would pay before they had to call me, they replied: with cash and left the receipt in the room. I didn't leave the money the first day thinking I would see someone at the property give it away, and they sent me a message for the money since I had 3 more nights in front of me. There was a phone where we could communicate via whatsapp, where it was running from 9am to 9pm. On the second day of our stay at 23:50 midnight someone started ringing the doorbell and then knocking on the door for 30-40 minutes. When I sent a message about the incident, the answer was that phone's only for an emergency after 21:00, and when I said I felt unsafe they showed an "interest" in asking what they were telling me(whoever knocking the door). After exchanging infinite messages it was supposed that they would send someone to see what was going on (which never happened because I was awake), telling us that it is 1.5 hours away,- and that clearly does not concern me it was their job not mine. Obviously somebody has to know what professionalism is going to say .. I wouldn't recommend it again and would not recommend it to anyone.
