  : The location is great and the accommodation is located within walking distance from the min attractions. The staff are nice and helpful and the rooms are clean and spotless. There are variety of restaurants around and the breakfast is served in an authentic Italian café nearby. Highly recommended.

  : Location was excellent. Staff were excellent. Peace and quiet from the street was very definitely a thing. The gentleman who did the housekeeping clearly takes pride in his work. WiFi ran at 28Mb/s a second when I did a speed test, which is more tham ample for non-commercial use. It never skipped a beat. Air-conditioning was both efficient and quiet and room insulation was really good, so being early spring I kept it off. Ensuite bathroom offers plenty of privacy if you are travelling as a couple and lights nicely set up in zones, which is way cool because they haven't scrimped on bulbs. I took a driver to the airport for a morning flight. The price was excellent, and the professionalism outstanding.
  : There might have been English-language programs on the TV but I couldn't figure out how to use them, which for me is never a problem when WiFi is as good as it was. The lock to the front door turns about to be very easy to use, but difficult for those of us used to really tight fire regulations, so when you are checking in ask to have a practice run if you are from Australia and New Zealand. The bed in my room was too low to to the floor for a 62-year-old 183cm tall man but I gather other rooms are different, so do ask about that. That, and the the sitting furniture were the only things that downgrade this rating to passable from very good.

  : it appeared to be recently renovated, the lady on arrival was helpful and the cleaning staff pleasant.
  : the entrance, the lift, the false impressions it projects with the breakfast (literally out the building and around the corner and consists of a hot drink and 1 sweet croissant, the lack of support for people with mobility issues (lift was malfunctioning the first day and my husband with his broken foot had to walk down 3 flights of stairs), it's literally an apartment in an old building with lifts you have to manually close shared with people who get upset with you for making a noise, who refuse to share a lift with you, the pillows literally were stuffed and had no shape...will not return.

  : Toilet makes really scary humming noise that is really loud and shower doesn’t contain water well so it squirts and wets you’re toilet paper also bring shampoo because body/hair wash isn’t it.
