  : Fantastic location of the apartment. 15 min walk from train station, and easy walk to all of the sites in rome. Supermarket a few buildings down, and tons of great restaurants on the street and surrounding streets. Apartment was good size, and it was very quiet at night. AC worked very well, and was quiet also.
  : A number of things need to be improved, but writing them here so they have a chance to improve for the next guests. Wifi was spotty. Shower pressure very low (probably not much can be done there). No wifi code written on info book. Only two roles of toilet paper given for 5 night stay. Blanket to use was a comforter with no sheet. The big one though was washing machine didn't work properly, and left clothes soaking wet. Asked for a drying rack for two days and didn't get one, so it was very difficult to dry clothes. So don't do laundry there...

  : The apartment is situated in a great location. We walked every day to visit many places. The apartment was spacious and modern.
  : The apartment which was on the ground floor smelled 'musty' and we had to open a window. Also another sharp knife in the kitchen would have been of benefit.

  : Location surrounding area busy plenty restaurants and few bars plus the square which had a fab atmosphere and the Finnigans pub which showed football ideal location
  : It was the hosts trying to overcharge us by €130 be aware they added extra €65 onto room rate then a further €65 for 'cleaning' then asked for €21 city tax which was all we knew about beforehand which we payed in cash when challenged on the amount they eventually realised we wouldn't be conned and gave up

  : The fact that each room had ensuite bathroom. Kitchen was adequate. Orlando was nice and tried to help where possible.
  : They tried to charge us a higher price than what booking.com charged us and then said it was for cleaning. The apartment policy does not mention a cleaning cost. That seemed a little underhanded to me. Also the wifi in our apartment was not working .
