  : The location is really convenient and the neighborhood is rather quiet. The staff speak excellent English and are very friendly and helpful.
  : The place might use a bit of renovation or a major clean-up - the walls were dirty and scratched, the taps in the bathroom were half-broken and a bit rusty, the hairdryers full of dust... Not a pleasant sight to see.

  : Wifi was really bad, very dusty rooms (I am not the cleanst person in the world, but there is so much dut in the air that I has allergic reactions), many broken things (shower, sink, …), veeeery loud sorrounding, you hear everything in the whole house, snoring of neigbors, it‘s almost not sleepable before 11pm

  : The location was good. central located.
  : -When you come into the building it looks like a slum! The windows are broken, stairs are dirty and they had a smoking era right next to our room (which when people smoked you could smell it in our room)-The walls where so thin! We could hear everything what was going on at the neighbors. When they moved the chair, flushed the toilet, opened a door and every conversation. The last night we where there the neighbors came home at 2 in the morning drunk, yelling and banging on our walls. (We slept that night for 3 hours)-When you book this place it says there’s wifi. Well there is not! We could not connect with our iPhone and Samsung and when we asked multiple times she said that will restart the modem but didn’t help a bit. On our last day before we would leave early morning the day after, we were promised the wifi would work and if it didnt we could come back to the reception in the evening. After spending that day all day in rome, we come back to our rooms in the evening. And lo and behold! That wifi was not working (ofcourse). So we went back to the reception and then out of nowhere there was a sign saying reception was closed at 7:30 PM without stating why. This is absolutely ridicilous for 2 reasons: 1. They charge you an extra €20 if you check in after 9PM (yet they cant even hold their own reception open till 9PM?) And 2. This closing time wasnt mentioned anytime during our stay nor was it mentioned beforehand-Airco was not working optimal. Luckily we stayed in October when it was cooler but I wouldn’t take the chance of staying in the summer with a airco working half of the time.Despite the continious efforts made by the staff, the wifi never worked once during our 3 nights stay. Efforts were made by both receptionists, however they could not hold true to their promise that the wifi wouldnt connect.

  : Loved the location - right in the city centre
  : It didn’t feel very safe and there were noises at night. The door to the street was left open often - so people could have come in at night and it would be just the bedroom door between you and them.

  : Very good location. Close distance walking to all important attractions. Hotel in an old restored building, rooms cozy. Staff very polite, they changed my room very quickly after I realised that it has no window going outside.
  : There are rooms in the hotel with view on the interior of the building , where is no light and only little ventilation.
