  : As most of guess says, it's very clean, everyday theres routine of cleaning and fresh towel given, Valerio is very helpful and easy to communicate, salute to Sonia as she very patient and helpful. Location is great, last day we found a near Chinese restaurant making good and very affordable food. Place is quiet and near to police station I guess, as we always police car, park outside. 100% recommended.
  : I suggest for breakfast timing should be more early like 7a.m. cause most guess is bussy with activities so need to eat before heading off. Maybe a set a buffet according to the menu schedule.

  : Breakfast was good, fresh and with variety, air conditioning in the bedroom, responsiveness of staff and friendliness, size of the room, changed bed linen every day, automatic checkin.
  : The bathroom was leaking water and we were literally flooded the first day (but after telling the staff, the next day the problem was solved). The location is close to the metro (3 minutes walk) but a bit far from the sights to walk to and also you would have to cross the area near Termini station which is not the best area to walk in Rome. The doors are a bit difficult to open.

  : Comfy bed, many towels provided, calm and quiet neighbourhood, clean apartment. Good tv with netflix account provided.
  : No glasses to drink from, rooms are in the basement so not much air and the worker didn't have any change when we had to pay the city tax so we had to go around the neighbourhood trying to change our money. Could have been more polite. Also, the bathroom door could not be closed completely.

  : Great location. Good breakfasts. The lady who served was very nice and always willing to help.
  : The hotel is located underground. There is no sunlight, it is always dark. Not enough fresh air. Not comfortable. Terrible soundproofing. Every morning, the woman who prepares breakfast makes noise with the dishes and it is heard as if there is no wall between you. We chose this hotel because it has breakfasts. Breakfast was not available the first morning because it is Sunday. Although they prepared breakfast for the other guests, one table was set. On the third morning they forgot to prepare breakfast for us. But then they made it. The water in the shower is cold. To get hot water, you need to drain the water for a long time. We waited 10-15 minutes for hot water to run. The general impression is that the hotel is very bad, we walked until late because we did not want to return to the hotel.

  : Close proximity to metro station and Colloseum. Owner changed broken shower head quickly after reporting it.
  : Answer to the reply from the owner - all the damages were reported by myself on the first after arriving. Those things were broken before I arrived. The remote not working - how did you expect me to damage it? Have you checked the batteries? Shower head - was already broken, give you a point for quickly changing it, but doesn't have anything to do with constantly changing water temperature. Did I also cause all the mold and bad smell? Overall quality for the money is terrible and I'm changing the review to one star from 3 stars. Room was in on a basement level with a window directly into a sidewalk - all the people who walked by can see you inside the room and it was not disclosed. Because of it being in the basement it smelled like mold and was very damp (mold inside a frame and above the window). A lot of mold on the bathroom above the shower, barely any pressure in the shower and water temperature changing from very hot to very cold every few seconds.

  : What we liked about the property was how near it was to the train terminal.
  : The check-in was incomplete. We only gave the documents and the tax payment, but no one introduced us to the property. Until the last night, we were introduced to the kitchen. The pictures didn’t match the room, we encountered a different bed than the one we saw first. They helped us then with another bed and brought it to the room. In overall, the attention wasn’t the best. If you’re a family of big adults, not the best option for you.
