: Litterally Worthing touching distance of the Colosseum which was an amazing location. The host was lovely and waited up for us until 2am in the morning as we had a late flight and he was a great guy. Our only complaint is that no coffee or tea or shampoo or soap was provided which we expected at the price we paid. Also if you’re looking for a quick coffee on the go- beware the coffee shop below. We bought two large coffees for 16 euros!!! Otherwise lovely!

: The location was good, it was near a cafe, mini market and the metro station. The TV was a smart TV and the WiFi was good.
: 1. Facilities were not good. - The shower was not running hot water for at least half of our stay and the shower door desperately needs replacing. The toaster requires you to hold down the lever for the duration of your toasting. Additionally, the kettle is old fashioned and takes ages to boil on a gas hob- it is definitely not modern! The bed is not comfortable, by the hosts own admition it was ‘fragile’ as other guests had previously broken some of the bed panels. Therefore we slept on the sofa bed which was equally as uncomfortable. 2. Cleanliness. - We arrived to dirty crockery. The apartment could do with a deep clean as it was dusty and generally run down in areas.3. The advert of the apartment. - there is not a colosseum view. It has beautiful views of Roman ruins but not the colosseum. Additionally, the photos of the apartment do not accurately represent what you will find there - for example, in the bathroom the towel racks are broken, whereas in the picture they are sparkly and new. This is just one example. 4. Overall - when thinking of booking this apartment please consider that you will be paying purely the location rather than the merits of the apartment itself.
