  : The host is amazing, super friendly and helpful. We had some problems during our first night with the AC not cooling down the room sufficiently and when I sent a message about it he arrived immediately and let us change to another room. Everything was super clean. There is a microwave, a fridge and a freezer in the kitchen. I liked the location too, it was close to the train station and within walking distance to the colosseum and other things and also felt rather safe at night since it was surrounded by so many other hotels.
  : In our first room the mattress was very worn to the point that it was uneven in height. I would have appreciated a fire alarm too, maybe there was one but I couldn’t find it, but this has been the case in all the smaller hotels I have stayed in in Italy and most other countries in Europe.
