  : Good location but Toooooooooooooooo noisy! You can’t fall asleep with a Club just one floor below. You can hear everything m! Too much noise. Not just music but drunk people, teenagers! You’d better sleep I the lobby of central station(it’s more quiet, not joking!)

  : Very clean room and bathrooms!Good location!
  : During my stay at this accommodation, I had the pleasure of meeting two staff members. The first, whom I believe to be the owner, was a very pleasant gentleman. He warmly welcomed me and was very helpful in answering any questions I had. However, my experience with the second staff member, a lady, was quite unpleasant. Her demeanor was passive-aggressive, and whenever I asked her a question, she would roll her eyes. I discovered that the key to the entrance building was not working properly, which had not been mentioned beforehand. As a solo female traveler, I felt uncomfortable knowing that I might not be able to access the building at night. When I asked her about the issue, she told me that the key needed to be pulled out a bit for it to work since it was a copy. I asked her to demonstrate this to me, but she was reluctant and showed me at one of the dorm doors. Later that evening, I had difficulty opening the door and was grateful to encounter a polite man from the hostel next door who showed me how to open it. If the staff member had taken a few minutes to show me the proper technique, I would have been able to open the door without difficulty. My second negative experience with the staff member occurred when I left my bag after check-out and arranged to pick it up at noon. When I rang the bell (she took my keys after I checked out) she became upset when I rang again since the door did not open. She accused me of calling her repeatedly, which I did not do. Overall, my interactions with this lady were unpleasant, and I wanted to bring this to your attention. Everything else except this was great, so if you don’t mind the politeness of staff, this place is for you.

  : Location. It's very close to Termini station an buses are two blocks away.Jack was very helpful with all of our questions of places to go an recommended restaurants.Own bathroom.We could leave our luggage at no cost for a couple of hours after checked out
  : Very small rooms. No queen bed and two tweens, but four tweens.

  : the mattress.
  : the shower was barely extracting water which made it really difficult to use. No a/c control. there was music from the bar downstairs so loud we could not afford. For one night it was ok.
