  : The property was located near all local amenities and had good access to public transport. There was a slight issue with a leak in the toilet which was fixed. The staff - Michel and Bernardo were very courteous and helpful, really impressed by the services. The aircon worked quite well in the heat of 39 degrees. Every day the room was cleaned, The next time I visit Rome, will definitely go back and stay at Hotel Chicago.

  : The main reason we chose it was because it is very close to Termini (5 min by foot), the main train and metro station of Rome, so this gives you time and the chance to move easily to the main attractions of the city, and of course to and from Fumicino airport (30 min by train). The room had air condition, it was quiet (the building is inside a courtyard after the first entrance) and clean, had hot water, small refrigerator. Very polite and accommodating staff at the reception.
  : The area is not good, it's dirty and not safe. The rest of the building (stairs, halls, entrance to the rooms) not renovated. Courtyard needs a makeover. The pillows were very hard. Not very good wi-fi signal. Breakfast was not included even though we paid 300 euros for 2 nights (double room), which is expensive for the whole package.
