  : The staff are very friendly and very close to the train station.
  : The bedroom is not clean and the mattress was very uncomfortable and disgusting. The bathroom was shocking, the tails broken and a leaking shower.

  : The location was close to rome central station so one could easily visit rome.
  : The location was really loud and busy. The room was dirty and there was no daily cleaning. The breakfast was limited and the quality was not good. All in all, I would not recommend the place.

  : The hotel is very close to the termini. The receptionist was really nice and helpfull. When I first arrived at the hotel, he told me my room wasn't ready. He look like really embarrassed and sad for keeping me waiting. Breakfast is served in the same area as the reception. Breakfast was simple but enough.
  : They gave me a room on the lower floor of Hotel Ferrari (3rd floor). There was a big construction this floor. There were a lot of people around, talking loudly and walking here and there. Construction materials were placed next to my room. Maybe for this reason, there was a sharp bad smell that dominated the entire floor. The room was really small. The furniture was old and not clean. The toilet seat was broken and every time I went to the toilet, the lid fell on my back, it was awful :( There was a problem with the flush, every time I pulled it I was waiting for it to fill again with a loud noise. W-F was having very poor. I could not use nearly. You had to wait in line because the breakfast area was so tiny.

  : Nothing! Every day there was a different guy at the reception and he tried to rob us of money. One day even our room door was opened and somebody was inside our room!
  : they are thieves!!! After arrivel we were paying city tax which was 18eur. My sister in law gave the receptionist guy 50eur (she didnt have smaller money) the guy said he doest have smaller money for return so my mother in law had 20eur which she have him to pay city tax, he took it and when sister in law told him to return her 50eur which she gave him, he said that she didnt give him any money. He was trying to steal these 50 eur from her!!! She had to fight with him for some time till he finally gave her her money back!!

  : I had to cancel due to extreme reasons of being in a war situation in Israel, that cancelled my flight, which is something exceptional. Although I understand that I did not buy my stay in which I got a refund, and I asked if they could, as an exceptional case, get a refund, since I believe that in these extreme situations you have to be a more empathetic human being. I only received a "Thanks" about my order, since they denied me the possibility of a refund, but at least I would have expected a kinder response, such as: "We understand the bad situation you are going through but unfortunately there is nothing we can do." The next time I go to Rome I know I won't have to stay here.

  : Location is really perfect (Termini station 5 min. walking).
  : Breakfast was really not varied, the space for breakfast was too small. Room was not well maintained (bathroom, ...). The lift was slowly.
