  : The location was very good - easy walk to most of the sites I wanted to visit. Breakfast was adequate but repititious. The room was small. The bathroom was small. I believe the hotel could do with a serious makeover. I was appreciative to be given a room as soon as I arrived whichwas about 10:30am.
  : The bathroom was small - I couldn't sit on the toilet with my legs in front of me because the pedestal was too close to the wall. The shower needed a new shower head. Upon on cheking in I was charged the room tax of 36 which I paid using a credit card. When I was checking out I was told I hadn't paid the room tax and in a fluster I couldn't find the receipt so I was obliged to pay the tax again. Upon returning home I emaild the hotel with scanned copies of the two receipts and my credir card statement. Completely ignored. Certainly was a downer to my first trip to Italy. Thieves.

  : Great and friendly staff, excellent location, good air con. The staff were wonderful.
  : Very basic and a little run down. We had junkies come off the streets to our room begging for money so we didnt know how safe it was.

  : ONLY ONLY The location, nothing else!
  : The hotel is outdated, big time! Probably it hasn't been renovated or maintained for 40+ years. They still have the old heavy key chain from the 70s where you leave the room key with reception when you leave the hotel. Old windows that don't open, room is dark all day long. The Washroom step is a tipping hazard. Bed is not comfortable at all! Never going back there again. I'll pay a little more and stay in a decent hotel!
