  : Very cean room, comfortable, very friendly staff especially Emanuele who was very helpful. Quite rooms. Good location, easy to reach by public transport. Close to Lepanto Metro station. Stayed at Superior King bedroom (including kitchenette and balcony).
  : We didn't have lampshades on our bedside tables! So, if you wake up during the night you have to light up all room instead! Would have preferred to leave our luggages longer at the reception after check out other than 2pm, since we had a late night flight and as a result we had spoiled our last half day of our holiday by going to the airport very early, instead of running around the city of Rome with large luggages.

  : 1. shower stream is very bad making every shower 3 times longer than should.2. needed to constantly ask for fresh towels and sheets. 3. smells like sewerage from the bathroom.

  : The location was good to easily get around Rome. It's just over one of the main bridges and everything is within a 30 minute walk or so. The bed was also comfortable and the room was clean and a decent size.
  : EDIT: After leaving the below review and a 4* rating, which was an honest and fair reflection of our stay, I begun receiving abusive Whatsapp messages from the hotel. When blocked, they continued sending abuse from a private number. I am so shocked and disgusted at their level of unprofessionalism and have changed the review to a 1*. Screenshots in images for reference.Unfortunately, the location was the only real selling point. When we arrived a lady checked us in who didn't speak any English - this isn't the end of the world, we appreciate we were in a different country and English isn't expected, it was just not very professional to use Google translate on a phone and repeatedly point to it to ask for our passports etc. It also meant we were left to work out which keys on the set of 5 were for which of the many doors that were on the way in/out.We arrived to 26 degree heat and tried to work out how to turn the air conditioning on upon arrival. When we couldn't work it out, we asked for help to be told the remote control had been removed because the air con wasn't working. This made for quite an uncomfortable 2 night stay. The shower was freezing cold on the first day, hot water did appear to be working on the second day but having cold showers was frustrating. We also had to ask for other basics such as an iron, which it stated would be available.When it came to checking out, there was nobody on the desk at all. We had a transfer booked so we had to just lock up, leave the keys behind the desk and hope for the best.Overall, although the hotel was priced fairly cheaply by comparison to others in Rome, we found that there were clear reasons for that. We would much rather have paid a bit more and got value for money as we don't feel that this hotel even justified what we paid when they can't even cover the basics. We're left slightly confused at all the positive reviews on Booking.

  : Nice room, cleaned everyday, had everything we needed. Close to the Vatican and some really nice restaurants around. Emanuel was also very quick to respond via WhatsApp if needed.
  : No reception at all, so I wouldn’t consider this a hotel, more an airbnb (which is fine, just would have been nice to know as we would have preferred a hotel). We only saw a staff member once our entire stay when we arrived. She seemed nice however did not speak a single word and only typed up and showed me her phone to communicate. We don’t expect everyone to speak English however a few words would have been more reassuring, especially as there are 4 different keys & a lot of doors to go through in order to get to the room. Check out was confusing as there is no staff at the building to help and you need the keys to get out, so we had to go downstairs, prop each door open with our bags, go back upstairs to leave the key upstairs , then get out.

  : Bed... 2 single beds not good, the jacuzzi was very poor, the fact there is no front Desk when you need them..... I was expecting more feom this Hotel....
