  : HORRIBLE!! Worst GuestHouse I've had so far!! the room is on the 2nd floor and the elevator does not work. I had to carry a 23kg suitcase to the 2nd floor! the room has bad sound insulation, there is a lot of noise coming from the street as it is a very busy street. a lot of light enters the room even with the curtain closed. on the last day we wanted to shower and there was no hot water. strange to have run out of hot water right before checking out!!! the building is very small, there is no breakfast room.

  : Location is a more than perfect for day night life adventures, very comfortable bed and spaces, tub was gorgeous. Clean and silent apartment.

  : The location was perfect! It was super convenient being in the middle of everything.
  : The bed was quite hard. We also had some issues with the showering collecting water. We did notify the staff and they had it checked, but the issue was never resolved.

  : The communication and response time from the people who manage was quick and easy
  : First night of the stay the AC wasn’t working on a hot night which is fine because the staff responded to my request and fixed it the next day. But the king bed is just two double beds and by the end of the night we were sinking in the middle. Furthermore on the last day a staff member walked in before our checkout time! It was absurd, our checkout time was 11 and she didn’t even knock and unlocked the door and saw we were there and quickly shut it. It seemed like there a family trying to get in next. Really put a bad taste in my mouth

  : Perfectly located closed to all the scenic sites and food. Very large apartment with huge bathroom and tub + separate en-suite shower. Check-in instructions were very clear (no on-site staff) and easy to find. Note: do not expect a view from the windows as they are facing a small internal courtyard (Gange room):L benefit is that you don't hear any of the street noise
  : limited day light but we were out of the room most of the day. Turned into a benefit for our afternoon siesta ;-)

  : Wonderful location very close to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon, not far to walk to Trastevere, Campo di Fiori etc. Beautiful, bright, modern, airy room with huge windows overlooking the street. A very lovely patisserie shop just below which is handy for morning treats!! Bed was very comfortable. We never met the hosts but that wasn't a problem at all. Only problem during our stay was one evening without hot water so maybe you need to take a shower earlier!! My husband and I had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely small, boutique hotel.
  : Everything was great, as mentioned before, we had no hot water for a shower one evening but maybe it was a busy time and everyone was using it. If I were to be super picky then I'd suggest a shelf or something in the bathroom to place guests toiletries as due to the modern design of the sink there were limited options. Not a deal breaker at all though.
