  : Worst check in process among all 40 accomadations I have used since. I need to CALL before I arrive. Not one time, very several times.No wifi, problem is not fixed. Hot water don't come out often even with the switch on.

  : Flat was nice and clean, location is close to main streets with restaurants and shops, but not too close, so its not loud. Beds are comfortable, rooms have air conditioning and enough space.
  : Sound proofing of rooms could have been better. Unfortunately, I was not informed that hotel wi-fi was down (only got this info after asking the owner about it), which was kind of important.

  : Only one WC in 3 bedrooms apartment, so if you want to shower or WC, sometimes it can be busy, if apartment is fully booked.

  : The room is spacious and the bed very comfortable. The shared kitchen and bathroom were aparently cleaned every day. The place is not far from the main attractions and there is a metro station 7-8 min. away. The host helped us with instructions how to get to Ciampino airport. We had great time in beautiful Rome.
  : The bathroom was shared, but this wasn't a problem. There was no coffee machine for coffee lovers.

  : Pretty, clean little double room in a Roman condominium, with private, lockable bathroom and full kitchen access with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. Very close to grocery store (CONAD), near train station (Tuscolana) and Metro station (Re Di Roma) so getting around Rome was no problem. Plenty of closet space, and bed was very comfortable (if a bit squeaky). Comfortable wicker chairs and a little lounge chair. Shower nice and clean and hot (the fixtures are Euro style, so remember: the left knob turns on the upper shower head if you turn it upwards, and the hand-shower if you turn it down; the right knob controls temperature). Scrupulously clean! BTW if you cant find the dish-drying rack, open the cupboard above the sink: the rack is mounted inside. If you want a more substantial breakfast than the cereal, yogurt, coffee/tea and orange juice available in the kitchen, visit the CONAD grocery store around the corner (Americans: remember the eggs are *not* in the cold case in Europe). Dont miss gelato at Gelateria Gelarctica right next to the Via Pinerolo Metro exit :-) And the pizza special at Sapo Re around the corner is great: two full pizzas, drinks, croquettes and servi for 16 euro! We also enjoyed dinner at Schietto, nearby on Via Tuscolana. IMPORTANT: remember to send the staff a message about when youll arrive, as theyll need to have somebody meet you at the building, give you the keys and show you around; you cant just go wait in the lobby (there isnt one), and you dont want to be stuck sitting outside on the steps if the front gate is locked.
  : Not actually bad, per se, but guests should REMEMBER TO CHECK THE ELEVATOR INDICATOR LIGHT when they leave the elevator, and completely close the doors! This is not a fully automatic elevator like Americans are used to: if you dont quite close the doors all the way, the red light over the call button wont go out and nobody else will be able to call the elevator. If you close the doors completely and count 3 seconds, the red light will go out and it will be ready for other people to use, so just get in the habit of doing that from the start and youll be fine. For some reason, the staff was a bit reluctant to give us extra toilet paper (even when we asked they gave us less than we asked for)...which was a problem as we both had a certain common malady people get while traveling (you might want to STICK TO BOTTLED WATER only in Rome; take it from us!). We had to borrow a roll from the other guests bathroom at one point, in desperation. Hosts: please be generous with the toilet paper: allow one roll per day per two people at least! You never know if theyre going to need more than you expect.
