  : The shower and bathroom was amazing, the room was clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and nice; the location is great and very close to St Peter’s Basilica, and very close to the metro.
  : The walls are quite thin, neighbours can be noisy which can impact sleep.

  : Location was great, very close to Ottaviano tube station and short walk from Vatican city and Cavour square. Full of coffee bars, restaurants and attractions. Loved the area!
  : The heating was full on all the time. We had to shut down the heater completely as there was no way to regulate the temperature, since the system is centrally managed.

  : Location is just around Vatican. Close to taxi rank. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
  : I requested 3 separate single beds a week before I will arrive together with my friends. When we arrive in the property there's only 2 beds in the room. So myself and my other sleep in one double bed.

  : Excellent location if you wanna go to the Vatican. Rome city is little bit farther, but not too much to walk. Quite cozy place with very nice staff.And in the same house is really good restaurant!
  : Parking lot is public and feeled for our rent-a-car little bit unsafed, but nothing happened. When we arrived at midnight after 5-hours driving from San Marino and a hours traffic jam in tunnel, the first thing we saw in this district was a big rat on the street and the next thing what happened was that we got stuck in the old elevator. I thought that I will immediately move out on the morning and looking some other place, but on the morning the sun was shining and everything was brighter and pope was there and on the next morning I really didn't want to leave and want to go back now. :)

  : It's very convenient. Near to Vatican. Shops and plenty of restaurants around the area.

  : The location was perfect in Vatican City, it was walking distance to restaurants, gelato shops, and sites we wanted to visit. If you are wanting to visit the Colosseum & Trevi fountain, it's a good 50 minute walk but we loved walking and seeing all of Rome.
  : Breakfast could've been better. There were only sweet options which most of my party did not prefer a sweet breakfast. It was easy to place your "order" in. One morning we put 5 toasts next to the option but was really only given 5 pieces of toast for the 5 adults but the first morning was given 2 baskets with 5 pieces of toast in there, just a miscommunication. We weren't wearing masks throughout the building because everyone wasn't wearing them either and one morning while coming down the elevator a lady began yelling at us to wear a mask (as she was pulling hers over her face) and the elevator attendant then followed her and told us to wear a mask in the building but he wasn't wearing one either.

  : Excellent service from staff, touched up room nicely each day, and the towels smelled very fresh and clean. The location was good, and the breakfast table in our room every morning was done very well.
  : The bathrooms need some attention (toilet seat doesn’t fit, chalking is messy, mildew stains in shower)... There was also white paint from the walls that had gotten on places it shouldn’t be, and the little details like that took away from the initial first impression. Thanks to the attentiveness of the staff and cleanliness of the linens, I definitely felt more comfortable the longer I stayed. I’m just a bit OCD and tiny details stand out a lot to me.

  : The location is wonderful. Easy walk to the Vatican museum, St. Peters Square and metro station. Bus stops are just around the corner. Nice walk to St. Angelo Castle and there is hop-on/hop-off bus station near the castle. Also, lots of restaurants, take-away options and gelato shops in a block or two. A few mini-markets within walking distance. We stayed at Quadruple Room with View on the 3rd floor. There is a staircase and antique style elevator. It was very nice to have two single beds for our kids. Beds, closet, mini-bar, small tables and bathroom are nicely allocated and we felt the room was more spacious than we imagined. Daily breakfast was brought to room every morning as we asked. We could choose food as much as we wanted from their menu for the next morning. Breakfast time is between 8-10am if I remember correctly, and when we had to check out very early in the morning, they brought breakfast a day before as we agreed and we kept some food in the fridge as needed. We had electric kettle and coffee machine/tea for free, Mini-bar had beers, water bottles and soft drinks with reasonable prices.The owner and staff are all nice. When we had urgent matter during our stay, they generously let us use their phone many times as we needed.
  : It would be nice if the room/bathroom repainted and the shower head fixed better. But the room was always cleaned well and these problems are not essential considering the price.
