  : Location is perfect, it's close to most roman landmarks. Nice restaurants and gelateria nearby as well as supermarkets with fresh products.
  : The description of the property is completely inaccurate, to the point where it's almost lying. The property highlights that the rooms are sound isolated as well as daily cleaned.I'm not a light sleeper but it's the first time I had to buy earplugs in order to sleep. The property is divided into 4 rooms separated by ply wood. You can literally hear the other guests when they do their business in the toilet...During our 5 nights, our room didn't get cleaned nor the towels changed. The staff isn't very friendly and will pressure you to arrive exactly on time to check in. Oh and if you need to check-in after 7PM they will charge you 20 euros (although it's written when making the reservation, it's completely abusive).

  : good location and very responsive host
  : 1) the apartment is cold, there was no hot water in the shower, which is extremely unpleasant in November! so after a walk outside you come to the apartment, have a cold shower and then… sleep only under the thin sheet because there is no hot quilt in the bed either!2) the host refused when we asked to leave our bags ( it extend the stay, just leave the bags) for couple of hours after check out. we had our flight late, this is the first time I met with refusing to keep the bags for a while3) the bathroom was not very pleasant, looked like was not cleaned in a long time. the heater in the bathroom did not work of course (so again -cold!)

  : 1. thin walls, literally if someone whispers in next room you can hear them2. shower cabin half broken, water everywhere after showering3. hot water problems? having to wait 10 mins for hot water then in the middle of the shower hot water would stop for 5 mins, not to mention shower cap was rly low quality barely could wash hair.4. 6 days havent seen anybody around to change our towels, if i knew it was like this i would have brought my own.5. cold room, A/C barely working on Heat.6. broken curtains couldnt close them more than half.

  : The location for this property is amazing. Safe neighborhood and within walking distance to Vatican and Piazza del Populo ( and other Italian landmarks) . We did not use any means of transportation, we only walked from the accommodation to all major landmarks, and it was amazing as location. From this point of view the location and value for money cannot be contested.
  : Nonetheless the cleaning of the room was below standards, especially in Covid period when this aspect should be top priority for all accommodation owners. First of all, we arrived and we barely had toilet paper. The person checking us in finally agreed to buy some more for us ( after I insisted several times - I thought he was going to make me go and buy it for myself) Afterwards we spent one hour to disinfect the entire room, because it was dirty. the towels and linen did not smell properly ( I was expecting at least a smell of chlorine), the curtains were very dirty and full of dust as well! The showering cabin had 1 glass door missing, therefore we ended up with flooded floors after each shower. Also, the shower cap was leaking and very hard to shower with. The shared kitchen area was also extremely messy and dirty. It is a pity that such a nice place was not taken care of properly. I understand that the cleaning company was in the process of being changed, but that should not affect the guest’s experience. I hope that the management will take care of this aspect in the future.
