  : Accustic aislation could be improved, we had a family next to us and we could hear everything, specially kids yelling.

  : The manager was super responsive and helpful. Easy arrangements for check-in and check-out. Always quickly answering on the phone. Arranged very good transfer from the hotel to the airport. Perfect!

  : The location is perfect - very central. Also there are a lot of food places around. Just near the hotel there is a covered parking - but it was mentioned in the hotel that price is 20 euro per night but it was 30.
  : The stay was horrible.We booked a room for 3 adults and from the very beginning wrote to the hotel that we will come with 2 small dogs. They answered we have to pay the fee per each dog - we paid, no problems.The booking was paid and unrefundable.We came to the hotel, an administator met us - but she told us they have a problem and we will need to change the room next morning. I told no problems but we can do this only before 10 a.m. because we have a meeting at 11.15 a.m. in other place. She answered that the other room have the check-in time only at 10.30 and asked us to wait until this time or the staff of the hotel will take our luggage and 2 our dogs and replace them in other room without us. It was absolutely not possible of cource for us and for our dogs. So at the morning we waited until the room became free and by ourselves moved to it. But the administrator told us that the room is still dirty because people just checked out and they will clean it until we will come back. Then the administrator saw that one of our dog is very active and she was afraid that she will run away when the staff will open the room - it was possible by the way - really thanks to her for being nervous about that. So that the administrator ask us at what time we will come back to take the dogs until the staff will clean the room. We told at 1 p.m. We came back at 1 p.m. and were waiting the cleaning staff - they did not come even at 1.30 p.m. and I called the reception desk. In 15 minutes the cleaning staff came thanks God. We took the dog out and were waiting until the end of cleaning till 3.30 p.m. All that time we were waiting outside, I will add that it was not touristic trip and all our plans were crashed due to need to come back to the hotel and waiting the staff. What else could happen? But actually it could. Instead of normal bed for one more person as we booked and had at first room - we got a camp-cot and just at night it broked up. So, do not reccomend!!!!!!!!

  : The location is very convenient and the building/property very secure. We were greeted and served by very friendly and efficient staff. Our room was cleaned and fixed daily. There was always hot water, clean towels, decent toiletries, a city map, a working fridge and enough hangers in the closet. We were especially touched when, on a rainly day, the young man working there run to bring us an umbrella without us even asking!
  : Our main problem was the horrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom of our ground floor room. We are not ones to be bothered by small things - this was just unbearable. Two plug-in air fresheners had been installed to deal with the smell, which just made things worse and at the same time made it obvious that the owners were very much aware of the problem and decided to (try to) cover it up rather than solving it. After a couple of days we had enough and asked to be transferred to a new room, which was done immediately - as the staff obviously understood our problem. Our new, first floor room was smaller (one bed less) but there was no smell at all so we were happy. Plus we could now open the windows, which was not the case in the ground floor room, as the curtain rail was in the way (!). Other minor things were the lack of kettle/tea gear (that was included in the room description) but we got those once we asked for them. We also asked for a better hair dryer and immediately got a working one. Also, wi-fi is very erratic, and the TV worked in only in the second room we stayed in.
