  : It was a clean room, with 5 beds placed in it. Also a bathroom, was neat and clean
  : · If you arrive after 7.30 p.m. € 40 will be charged to enter your room. This is not exactly kindly worded, I quote: "Remember that this is the only way we have to help you, otherwise you would lose your booking, so try not to give a negative opinion about it because it's all written on booking.com For arrivals after 19 30 a supplement of 40 euro is required because this service is managed by an external company. REMEMBER THAT WE WILL COMPLETE THE CHECK-IN THE FOLLOWING DAY AT 11:30 AM" and: "As written on booking.com our reception closes at 19 30 because we are a Guest House and not a hotel. To avoid making you lose your booking and therefore spending money for nothing we have hired an external company that handles check-ins"This is in my opinion not mentioned when booking. It is of course also not desirable to come back the next day between 11.30 and 17.30. Especially not because it is almost impossible to do with public transport,The location is also very unfavorable, very far to walk and difficult with public transport ..The complex was very noisy, you could literally hear the neighbours

  : Room was big, didn't get too crowded with our suitcases. Everything is quite new and is like the pictures. It was good having access to a kitchen which had most necessities. The bathroom was also a good size. The location was 20min walk to the colosium however one part of the walk is quite dark at night time. This isn't really a problem though the area feels pretty safe, lots of locals around. The coffee shop on the corner (The Place) was really good!Rome is amazing!
  : Communication was mostly good, however asked about dropping bags off before check in 8:30am morning of check in. Received a response at 10am saying no one was available but would reply as soon as possible. No problem with that. I sent a message at 11am asking what time would suit and didn't receive a response from them again. The guy doing check in let us in a couple minutes after 3pm so ended up being fine, just would have liked a response even if dropping bags off wasn't possible.Once again the eftpos machine wasn't working, I was notified by the host the day before check in that it wasn't working. It did cause issue for the family that checked in another day. This is a shared apartment, which we were aware off, but with that you never know who else will be staying at the apartment. Unfortunately for us we had a family who were quite loud. This is obviously out of the hosts hands but worth mentioning.
