  : First, the driver affiliated with Lighthouse Suites confirmed our airport pickup 3 times. After we landed there was a text from him saying “nothing I can do. Take a cab. Sorry. We arrived at the “hotel” and had to sit outside and call hotel to be let it. Main door is locked and the rooms are across a filthy, rocky courtyard filled with sandbags. After THREE calls, they buzzed us in main door and told us where the key to our room was . There was a regular key to lock door and a key card to turn lights and ac on and to gain entrance to main door. We were a party of 3. There was one set of keys and NOBODY ao site to bring another set. Therefore, we all had to go out together and return together OR (as happened for breakfast) leave one person in a dark in-air conditioned room) We had booked the same driver for our trip to the cruise port the next day. We texted him and called the hotel to confirm the am pick up for 10:45. At 10:30, the hotel (Myla) told us she couldn’t reach driver. He hadn’t answered her call or my calls. He is AFFILIATED with the hotel and all they could do for us was say they would try to get us a cab. They did NOT succeed. We are theee women all over 65 years. Finally, one of us had to walk up 3 longgggg staircases to find a cab stand and we left. I texted the hotel and told them they could expect a bad review. A half hour later, I received an email from booking.com asking what happened. The hotel had just told them we were a NO SHOW! They OUTRIGHT LIED bc they knew we were going to report what happened. Silly them I have saved all the texts between us and the hotel and the driver. Now that booking.com willhave proof of their lie, they had better take this hotel off their list! In the spirit of full disclosure, the room was clean and pretty but to be of any value, the room has to be moved to another building! Last, the pictures of the facade on their website are fake. There IS no facade. It’s 3 rooms behind the courtyard.

  : THE APARTMENT WAS VERY CLEAN, WELL APPOINTED WITH A LARGE ROOM AND BATHROOM. IT WAS AWAY FROM THE STREET AND VERY QUIET. THE FACILITIES, INCLUDING A COFFEE MACHINE, BAR FRIDGE AND A TV WHICH HAD COMPLIMENTARY NETFLIX WERE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
  : POSSIBLY BECAUSE OF THE CLOSENESS OF MY BOOKING TIME AND CHECK I TIME THERE WAS NO ONE TO LET ME IN OR EXPLAIN THE KEY SYSTEM. THE ONLY PERSON AVAILABLE WAS THE HOUSE MAID WHO DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. I WAS UNSURE OF THE ROOM I HAD BEEN ALLOCATED. HOWEVER, ONCE I CALLED MYLA SHE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND MADE HERSELF AVAILABLE FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE.

  : The location was excellent, the host was wery responsive. Quite place. Coffee available, good size and comfy bed, close to the bus stop. I liked it, thanks!
  : Everything was fine. To be perfect, I would personally prefer to have more day light comming in because there is a small window, but that is a small thing.
