  : The fact that it has air conditioner, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery, storage, super nice and clean!
  : Even though we are pleased overall, there are a couple of drawbacks that could be fixed, such as the position of the air con, as it does not refresh the room properly, as well as installing another splitter in the main room.The bed-sofa is the most uncomfortable thing Ive encountered. It literally kills your back, as you get stabbed most of the night. I wouldve appreciated a duvet set as well.

  : in the bedroom in summer is very-very hot, conditioner is only in kitchen/living room, The folding sofa is very squeaky, uncomfortable bathroom sink

  : Very homelike flat with everything you need in it. Clean and comfortable. Silent and clean neighborhood.The host Sonia was very friendly nice and helpfull. She made sure that we are ok next day and asked if we have everything we need. Free essentials for cooking like olive oil. Coffee for guests and drinking water.Perfect location just few minutes walk from metro station. 5 minutes away by metro from the Vatican.Can't imagine better experience for this price at Rome!

  : Excellent location, nice area, good for either stretching legs into city or getting very good metro and bus services. Caring host, frequently in communication, sorted out airport transfer very efficiently. All equipment and good TV services. Heating very effective - it was freezing outside! A very good holiday spot for tourists, and very good value for Rome.

  : A very nice host. The facilities were ok. We also enjoyed free Netflix TV. The quiet location, close to metro station and non stop market.
  : The bed is good, but the couch wasn't the best option for sleeping.

  : Perfect location in calm neighbourhood where true Romans live, very close to turistic area.Very smart organised space, you can find any apliances needed in a cleverly planned storage areas and still have comfortable space to use for day&night.Easy check-in without strict time limits, host contacts every day to ask if everthing is fine. Clean and pleasant apartment. Nice bed linen and towels with neutral scent which is very important for my family.
  : Sofa in living room definitely requires upholstering or replacement. Blanket doesn't hide heavily damaged upholstery on the whole sofa. Bottom part of the shower requires silicone replacement, and there is an issue with the plumbing scent in the bathroom.
