: Great communication with host, accommodated our odd check in time. A/C in Rome in the summer was a must. Offered the best value in Rome at the time. Short walk to Vatican. Appreciated the great recommendations for local food from the host. Kitchen had everything we needed. Lift was great as well (apartment is on an upper floor).
: A/C in most rooms was great, extra room with portable A/C unit had trouble keeping up with record summer temperatures. But, the price was def right!

: The Floor was always cold &there was no carpet or at least wooden Floor. Otherwise every thing was nice.

: Extra payment for air condition controllers. In one bedroom aircondition was possible only with open window :( what does not make big sense and is quite strange... Location is the biggest value :).

: Wonderful host and very convenient for families with children. Near to metro station Cipro. I recommend using air conditioning in summer, it is quite hot in Rome.
: Everything was nice.
