: The location is excellent and also the hosts are very nice. The price was very good value, the place was clean and did not miss any amenities. The area in which is located is full for restaurants and pasticerrias and fornos and not a touristy area, so these are places that locals frequent and have great prices compared to downtown rome.
: The breakfast was only processed stuff from the store. Not such a big deal and the hosts explained it was due to covid and not being allowed to serve breakfast in the common area. It's understandable but just an FYI for people that care more about the breakfast.

: Location is great, hygiene was good.
: Safety. It turned out to be an apartment with 3 bedrooms, of which 1 was occupied by an unknown man. The bedrooms also all had the same key as well. This did not give us enough safety to have the kids stay in the bedroom by themselves unfortunately. Sharing the apartment with an unknown man who had the key to our kids' bedroom is not what we had signed up for.

: The hosts Roberto and Michela were great. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming.The room (family room, sleeps up to 3 people) was very spacious, bright and spotless clean.Comfortable bed,large wardrobe and plenty of shelf’s space.Location is really good, close to restaurants, shops, Vatican, Castel Sant’Angelo and easy to walk to more central areas too. Metro station nearby for those who wish to use public transport.
: These aspect were not very important for us, but could be for other guests so I think it’s worth mentioning that:- there is no fridge in room - breakfast was very good for myself being Italian (we usually eat just some croissants/ biscuits or cereal for breakfast), but could probably offer some eggs/bacon/ fruits thinking about international guests
