  : Nice apartment nearby central train station that was a huge plus for us as we had to leave for a flight early at 5 am in the morning. Close to city center and sights, Colosseum is in 15 minute walk, one of main churches is on square near the apartment. A lot of transport options nearby, so reaching other places is easy. Few good supermarkets in 5-10 minutes walk, plenty of pubs and places to eat right in front of the building. The host is very easy to communicate, quickly answering any questions.
  : There were 3 persons involved in check-in process - one I was chatting on booking.com, his friend who should have meet us at place (whom I contacted by phone when going to city from airport) and third guy who actually met us there and gave the keys. As I understand it's some realty agency, so it's okay, but a bit confusing. Also the guy who met us didn't explain anything about heating so I had to contact them again to find out where is thermostat and how to turn it on.There is jacuzzi bathtub, but seems it's rarely used, so during first time we turned it on plenty of dirt was coming from pipes with air.Also one of the bathrooms had constant strong smell of sewer.Kitchen is good but there is no microwave oven :(Not to mention that we had two blackouts during our stay, one for the whole building which was quickly fixed and definitely not a property issue, but second one was only in apartment because we "turned on too much electricity" (stove and kettle at the same time), so I had to call the host and find the switch in wardrobe.

  : The bathrooms were modern. Quick turnaround time for preparation.
  : The apartment stank when we arrived - someone had dumped in the second bathroom. The jets in the bathtub had mildew coming out of them. The couch could not be sat on - old and filthy. Everything In apartment was quite old and not maintained. The kettle was unusable - thick limescale and dirty. The shower rack in bathroom had dust on it. The bed sheets weren’t completely clean - had insects on it and some cobwebs in the ceiling. The apartment is on the top floor with no elevator which wasn’t mentioned in the website, so we had to lug ourselves and suitcases up huge stairs. The corridors were dark at night, no lighting and didn’t feel safe (although I think the block is safe). The fridge wasn’t totally clean. The bed sank into a metal base when you sit on it. The water pressure in the bathrooms was bad. The toilet in the first bathroom struggled to flush which the owner tried to blame on us without reason. The property manager was abrasive upon arrival.

  : Good central area close to many attractions.
  : The apartment was between the 3rd and 4th floor, with no lift and steep steps. We couldn't connect to the wifi and received no answer to the two messages I sent to Marco. As I have a business to run, I needed to be able to stay in touch, however without wifi I could not do so. Consequently I had to move to a nearby hotel for wifi access and leave my adult son in the apartment so an extra cost I was not anticipating. My son said that when using the spa bath the plug did not fit, so he couldn't fill it and he was also unable to adjust the heating, so had to try and turn the air conditioning unit up to heat the room. He did love the balcony for morning coffee though. I was very disappointed in the property and the photos certainly did not reflect how basic the apartment actually was. We will be returning to Rome, but we'll be staying at the Grand Hotel Palatino which I really enjoyed.

  : The facilities are sufficient and served us well. The heating is good.
  : 1st-The more than 50 steps climb up the unit. Our unit is on 2nd floor. Not recommended for person with knee problems and those with luggage.2nd-water didnt flow well in both toilets sinks.3rd-the front light to the unit entrance never fixed despite promised by the person who checked us in.

  : Really great location, 10 min walk from the good restaurants and bars in Monti. Great view of the church (you do not hear the bells) and a nice view from the balcony. Very quiet at night and spacious layout.Easy checkin and checkout.
  : After the first night we decided to sleep in the spare bedroom instead of the main room because the mattress was sagging through so much. Pillows were wearing thin too in some spots, the ones in the spare room were better.The couch in the living room was also sagging through a lot (although less of a problem than the bed).The shower leaks a lot of water over the floor when in use.All in all we thought it looked nice and the location is unbeatable, but some of the furniture is ready for an update.

  : We really liked the location of the apartment. The terrace was great, and there was enough space for all of us to feel really comfortable.

  : In the picture it did tell us it has stairs, but they didn’t say that it was like closer to 50 steps up, and very steep, my husband is 80 years old, how difficulty for him to walk up and down, even 50 years old person to walk up and down, it wasn’t easy, and the shower, the water came out so little. it was so hard for us to take a shower,?especially in the master, there isn’t any shower, only bathtub and you have to seat down with little water , it took us about 30 minutes longer than usual, also the toilet in the master bathroom, if you open the window, you can smell the sewer, very stronger sewer, and another shower outside, the water the same like master bathroom, and the water drain very slow. We’re very disappointed, I hope the owner should come out and inspect this , that how badly this place is, instead sending someone to manage. To communicate with the owner, there wasn’t any trouble, she replied me right away.

  : Loved the space, the patio, 2 bathrooms and the location. The apartment is well stocked and very comfortable. Host was easy to reach and very helpful.
  : Nothing I didn't like but three flights of stairs quite challenging.
