  : Nice spacious room, lovely staff, cute breakfast spot on a terrace garden, great location (close to the train station and located basically just in between the Pantheon and the Colosseum, which was very convenient), daily cleaning of the room.
  : We kept having problems with our bathroom (water took 10-15 minutes to heat up to a reasonable temperature, the facilities in the bathroom were not very nice, although kept very clean).Despite asking for a quiet room, the facility tended to be very noisy. It felt like there was a shared bathroom somewhere in the vicinity of our bedroom which might have been responsible for most of the noise...

  : + The location was good. Away from the main road so it is quiet and a short walk away from all the attractions. + The bed was comfortable.+ Staff was kind and helpful.+ There is a good restaurant just downstairs and you can get a discount if you present a card (found in the hallway of the hotel).
  : - The breakfast could be better. - The AC was leaking into the room. - It is hard to call it a garden view when it's just an area with a few plants in the pots.

  : Room was clean and comfortable and localisation was good to enjoy the city. Breakfast was nice and the ladies were extremely friendly. It was really nice to stay at Fabrizio’s, we actually could spend some time with him on the cute terrace of the B&B. People there where really nice and we had a pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend this place!
