  : Location was great, size of the room, cleanliness, comfortable bed, air conditioning, good breakfast for a reasonable price,
  : Wi-fi was not working at all in our room and we found out other guests on our floor complained of the same issues. It was annoying as the reception said they would fix it but nothing was done. It was a problem as when we needed booking for restaurants or some attractions nothing worked. Not even at the reception Wi-fi was great.At this day and age, that was a major disappointment!

  : The beds were a little uncomfortable. We were definitely paying more for the location but I still felt it was slightly overpriced.

  : The location is excellent, but there is a nightclub downstairs so it is loud late in the evening to early morning.
  : Ive stayed in several hotels around Italy and this was by far the worst. Disappointed given the price of the room. The room was not very clean. The hairdryer didnt work, the iron we asked for functioned poorly, room was large but was in need of an update, and it was incredibly loud in the room due to a nightclub below. However staff was nice.

  : The room was beautifully decorated. High ceilings good amenities super clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. Location is absolutely perfect.
  : There is no way to control the temperature in the room. The hotel has a central system. It requires going down to the front desk to change the temperature. There is a phone in the room, but it wasnt functional. Because the thermostat is near the hallway. The thermostat does not change according to the temperature in the bedroom. So, for example, if the hallway temperature is warmer than the set temperature the room air conditioner just continues to roar forever as the temperature drops down to 14 or 15C. The AC never gives up. The reverse is true, if the hallway temperature is cooler than the room temperature air conditioner never goes on. The temperature in the bedroom rises to 22,23. The way I found to deal with this is to set the temperature in the room low and put a blanket and pillows over the air conditioner to control the temperature. It took me two or three days to come up with a solution. The front desk people are understanding, but there is nothing they can do. It is a mechanical problem.

  : Room was hot, asked several times to fix & were told Europeans dont use the AC this time of the year and its already as cold as its going to get. Even the maintenance guy argued with us. The AC simply needed refrigerant! Bed also too hard no sleep!
