  : 1) small fridge in the room2) hairdryer 3) coffee machine with 2 new capsules each day4) complimentary water and small snacks5) good location - 10 min walk from Spanish stairs (mind that you have to go uphill when go back to the hotel)6) small lift
  : 1) it's NOT A HOTEL - just 6 rooms on the top floor of the building; 2) shabby room; with scratches on the walls all over the room; in some places the wallpapers is torn down (see photos); the room is in desperate need of renovation/refurbishment3) there is NO RECEPTION or any other kind of personal on site to help you4) there is no one to check you in - you have to get in touch with the landlord via watsup to organize a key pick up from a nearby restaurant5) NO BREAKFAST 6) I didn't feel safe sleeping with a balcony door open as the room shares a balcony with other rooms/flats (and there is no window to open if you feel like sleeping with windows open!)7) You can't manually lock the door from inside - the locker is automatic; so again - I didn't feel safe. 8) the plastic door in the shower cabin is broken and replaced by a curtain; the floor is all wet when you take a shower 9) not really worth the money I paid

  : The location was perfect, close to the city centre. The room itself was adequately equipped with all the essentials we needed. From the basic amenities to the presence of elevator, it provided the convenience we expected. The host was always on disposal. The daily room refreshing from housekeeping provided an added level of convience.
  : Unfortunately, the biggest letdown was the bed.It was very uncomfortable.
