Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 30 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box.
Please inform Piccolo Imperiale in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A surcharge of EUR 15 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Please note the shuttle and the limousine service come at extra costs.
