  : - Very comfy and cute room that makes you feel at home and far away from the big city while you are right in the center.- Staff was very helpful.- muffins, chocolate bars and some other snacks freely available all day
  : - the walls within the hotel are so thin that you can literally hear every word neighbours say.- breakfast was normally only served from 8.00am onwards, they made an exception by storing breakfast in our room fridge but of course this is not as fresh as receiving it on the day itself.- shower temperature was changing quite often

  : Great location, walking distance to all major sights, shopping and restaurants.
  : We arrived late around 21:00 and the reception was already closed so we did a remote check in. As soon as we entered the room, we were overwhelmed by the smell of cigarettes. With COVID, I would have expected to find a pristine room that has been completely disinfected but that was not the case. Luckily, we were moved for 1 night to the other sister hotel (charme Spagna boutique hotel) which I would fully recommend in terms of comfort, cleanliness and updated decor. We found the Residenza Canova to be outdated (old carpet floors, tapestry covered walls that retain odors, and rusty bathroom facilities) and not worth the money spent (almost 500€ for 3 nights without breakfast included). Not sure how this place has a 9 rating.

  : Prime Location as it is close to sites and metro station.Although being in the centre it is quite quiet, so no disturbances were noted.
  : Airconditioning was set to heat. Being a very moderate weather , thus not cold our sleep was not comfortable. We had to leave the windows open with the fear of mosquito stings.Shower needs to have a removable shower head apart from the fixed one.

  : the decoration was perfect (makes you feel in old Rome)the staff is very helpful & always willing to help, it was very easy to do check-in/out.close to Spanish Steps & all shopping places around the hotel
