  : The location was great as very close to the train station. Wonderful to have so many restaurants right on the doorstep. The rooftop garden was really lovely
  : We arrived in the dark so had trouble finding the address, had to ask someone from close by restaurant as the address on the wall doesn’t show up very well.

  : Location proximity to train station was great.
  : The bed was terribly uncomfortable, just a bed sheet and then shared blankets in the closet that didn’t have washable covers. Mold and rust all over the bathroom. Fine for one night layover while traveling but wouldn’t recommend multiple nights!

  : The room was very neat and clean when we arrived. The window opened up to the street below and we enjoyed some lovely breezes and some entertainment from the restaurant across the street! Super close, like 2 1/2 blocks, to Roma Termini! And other places are not too far away. The place has a lift, which was awesome! Communication with Alessandro was timely and thorough. It also has a lovely common area, roof top patio, and a place with a microwave and place to make coffee, etc. The bathroom was a decent size compared to alot of the places we stayed during our 3 week trip! The room was a little small for us, but we had two big suitcases and back packs. Overall, it was a comfortable place for us to rest our tired bones after hours of walking and sightseeing!
  : Well, we were wondering why there were ear plugs with our towels, etc., when we arrived. (very thoughtful) It didn't take too long to long to figure it out. The local tram runs right under the window of that particular room. That being said, it didn't disrupt us too much at all. It runs from 05:30 - 24:00. Again, this is only rooms that are on the street side and we had our windows open quite a bit!

  : Location is perfect, close to all forms of public transport. This made our stay very easy. The roof terrace is nice. Great service that we could leave our luggage after check out and use the bathroom.
  : If you need your sleep, this is not the place. Very loud noises from outside (trams sometimes even make the bed shake, loud singing from the bar across the road), but also from inside: walls are very thin, cleaning staff started vacuuming and washing machine at 8 am waking us up also.(why not do this later during the day?!) The room is not dark, since it only has decorative curtains and blinds on the outside of the window that cannot be fully closed. Heating turned itself back on even though we turned it off every few hours, it was very warm in the room and heating was totally unnecessary anyway since it was 22 degrees outside. Since the reception is only open between 9 and 4 and we were out exploring the city everyday it wasnt until the last day that we were able to ask staff to turn off the heating. Staff responded that it was normal to have the heating on(?) We stayed 6 nights and were informed we would get new towels after 3 nights, but only got 1 of the 4 towels replaced. Also, halfway during our stay I think the cleaning staff had put vinegar in the kettle, but forgot to take it out or mention it to us, which caused me to drink a mouthful of what I thought was tea but turned out to be hot vinegar. Staff at check out didnt't even ask if we had enjoyed our stay.
