  : The best part about the hotel is definitely the location. It's an easy walk to most of the main attractions as well as the train station. The staff was also very friendly during both check-in and breakfast.
  : Our room unfortunately didn't have AC working so it was rather hot, but I was traveling with my family and all of their rooms had AC so I know this was just an issue with our specific room and not the hotel.

  : beware of their no refund policy even when double booked by mistake. . very expensive for what it was. being in a room near the reception area is never going to be quite. but i does say ground floor. claiming soundproofing is very amusing.

  : Location was convenient. That's the only thing that was satisfactory about the hotel. The gentlemen at the reception area were friendly, the female not so much insisting that I had to pay for the fourth person in the room that I informed month prior wouldn't be coming with me.
  : had a hard time finding the hotel since the sign was very small and had other hotel names on the front of the building. I booked Rome King Suite and my room was keys that accessed the door that said Mia suites. Access... Carrying luggage up the first set of stairs after a tiring day, the elevator was horrible and reminded me of the Tower of terror, always had a problem getting in the second door to the point that the maid was yelling at me in Italian When I finally got in after pushing hard on it several times, having to lock the door to the room with a key from the inside (what if there was a fire?) It took us a minimum of 20 minutes to enter the hotel room between all the problems we had with the door locks every time we left And could never leave somebody behind to lock the room if I had to go down to the front for any reason. The room was clean satisfactorily but no places to put the clean towels in the bathroom and no shelves that everything including soap had to go on the shower floor. Horrible breakfast. I had one hard-boiled egg and a piece of cake for breakfast since the lady in charge of the breakfast didn't Bother replenishing what was low Even with an hour to go during breakfast hours. There were three hard boiled eggs left for three of us and no bacon or whatever it was in the hot plates left (You could tell something was in there before so I wasn't looking for something that was never there). Had to pay to get something to eat out when I already paid for breakfast at the hotel. Beds were uncomfortable and no itemized bill on checkout to find out if they credited what was supposed to be credited... The fourth Guest that I canceled the month prior and the breakfast that I asked to be removed on the second day. The hotel was overpriced for what We received. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to any client.... I am a travel agent

  : The room was great, it was a 1 bed apartment with kitchen area. Beds were comfortable, staff were great.
  : Air conditioning didn't work in main room, reception fixed same day. Cleaner put heating on and it was boiling, had to turn it off. Very noisy, day 2/3 someone started drilling/hammering around 7am. The apartment was 3 doors up from the hotel and had to be accessed through a different door system. This meant we had to go out of our apartment, down flights of stairs/lift, out onto the street, back into the hotel and then up three floors to the breakfast room. Breakfast room was too small and if not there at the start, food didnt get replenished. The last day, there wasn't any room for us to eat breakfast.
