  : Almost nothing: the staff was kind, but the conditions was very bad
  : From the very beginning I did not receive the room I reserved. The bathroom was execrable, ugly, the door didn't open because the floor was too high, the hot water for the shower was not hot, it was just enough not to die of cold, the non-insolated windows, any external noise out of hearing, the air conditioning who supposed to warm us filled our lungs with dust and with cold. the wifi didn't work in our room, we could only get wifi in the hall. It was my worst experience at an accommodation, the only positive thing would be the central location of the house and the friendliness of the staff. I understand the lower price of the property, but for 100 euros more for a 5-day stay, you can find something that will satisfy you from all points of view. So, no hot water, no wifi, deplorable air conditioning, uncomfortable bed. The smell in the room was not fresh, it was liked a room not used for ten years, the towels was cheap, everything was bad ... Ex

  : Good location: close to many stores and the city center. The transfer from the airport was convenient at late time.
  : The room was extremely small, you can barely move around with three people in it. it wasnt also the cleanest but it was ok. I was a bit upset by the extra charge for last check in: they can weather do one of those smart locks or arrange for someone to be at the reception till late if its a hotel.
