  : Very disappointed.We had bboked for 3 nighs and they accommodated us in a completely different entrance from the one we had booked. There were no conditions like housing, a toilet 3 entrances, no wifi, floor 6 worked sometimes not etc, etc. Very negative "colleague" who hosted us, at 9 at dinner with children said you can refuse. I do not recommend it as a home even for 1 day

  : Was quiet, almost no people, big room
  : I choose a Lux room, but in reality was just room like in chep hostel. Wasn't clean floor, 2 days no warming and water in badroom was ice cold, no wifi, after one night we just returned the keys and we left (we booked 3 nights) .Foto's by Guest House Emmanuela Soggiorno are the same like in this hotel. Be carefull.

  : It wasnt clean. I could not took shower. It was that dirty. I just eashed my hair.

  : Friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable beds. Good and secure room.
  : Mold in the bathroom and bedroom. The water stopped working in the evening, but we were offered another room. We had already settled for bed and declined though. Very nice of him to offer.

  : Literally the only good thing about this was the ten minute walk from and to Termini
  : Firstly the guy showing us our room was very unfriendly and didnt say one word while he walked across two streets from the reception area to another house where the room was located at the top floor. This room was absolutely filthy, full of black mold and very cold because the heater didnt work. We shared a bathroom with a couple of other rooms and this was also completely filled with black mold. When we told the owner about the mold he firstly denied it and after we showed him all the black mold he offered another room in another house. However after seeing the clear and obvious lack of caring about hygiene, cleanliness and their guests we decided to leave the apartment altogether after two nights and find another accommodation in Rome for the rest of our stay. Because of all the mold we will be asking for a refund through booking as the owner was completely uncooperative. Apart from all of this the neighborhood seemed sketchy and we didnt feel safe in the room or the streets around the accommodation.
