: The location of the apartments is very good, on the river side and just few steps from the Sant Angel Castle. The view from the windows is very nice as well. There are 2 bedrooms with bathrooms and 1 big room with the kitchen. Also a lot of room for things. It is enough place for 4 people, probably also for 6. The check in and check out is without anybody, just by using app. It is nice, but could be inconvenient for people without access to the internet. The response time was fast, also in the late evening (despite the fact that information about not very fast response during late time provided).
: The bed was not very comfortable and it is lack of air. You have to open the window, but in this case it could be cold or noisy. But this does not detract from the other charms of the apartment.

: Big cute apartment in a perfect location, has everything you need: kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, air conditioner, closet. Beautiful view on the river and the city.
: Even with all the advantages the apartment leaves a very bad impression, there are a lot of things that should be improved. Apartment is kept in a bad condition, cleaning is of poor quality (a lot of dust everywhere, floors are not thoroughly cleaned, there is some garbage behind the sink in bathroom, etc.Air conditioner leaks, which created an awful huge wet stain on the wall with mold, they were planning to fix this on our 3d day out of 5, so we asked to postpone the repairs, cause we felt uncomfortable letting someone in in the middle of our stay. Anyways, these problems should be fixed in between stays, so that guests does not have to see this ugly stain.Toilet holder was broken which is annoying, shower is tiny and uncomfortable, also lacks a small shelf for shower gel. There are not enough hangers in the bathroom for clothes and towels. Dining table is scratched. Very uncomfortable bed, it is unstable and shakes a lot from a tiny movement.Loud noises from the street. Other guests are always ringing from below and there is no way to mute the buzzer, that's unpleasant.

: The apartment was outstanding but the booking and check in process was cumbersome and the communication through the app useless and a waste of time.
: Extremely inflexible with check in and check out times. No storage available nearby. We had to take a taxi to the storage and another one to the apartment. The app communication was useless, because they would close the chat without solving the problem or giving an answer
