  : Charming apartment in the heart of Rome, excellent location for all your sightseeing needs.Trevi fountain and Spanish steps are minutes away. Two metro stations nearby, as well as a grocery store and a bunch of restaurants. Very clean and spacious. We felt very safe there as the building has a CCTV and the front door is locked at all times. We were quite happy with our choice, the apartment had everything we needed. The building has an elevator so you do not have to lug your luggage up the stairs.
  : Internet is somewhat slow and does not work all that great once you leave the area where the modem is located - we used our unlimited mobile data so it wasn't a big deal to us. Granted we were a family with two kids that stream like crazy so there is that :)

  : Excellent location and clean suite. Even though the owner didn't speak much English, communication was no problem at all and the owner was very friendly. Comfortable stay and definitely recommended.
  : There were no duvet covers provided and the bathroom wasn't exactly luxury but sufficient for use.

  : Excellent location, large apartment with three bedrooms (one was the living room with a pullout sofa).
  : Collecting the keys was not the smoothest process, I got instructions to call 15 minutes before we arrived to the hotel which I did, however we had to wait >20 minutes outside the apartment before someone came with the keys. Breakfast was very basic with no milk for coffee, only pre-packed sweet pastries to eat so we went out instead.

  : The location was wonderful, close to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, grocery store, and metro line.The beds were comfortable, washer, and full kitchen were great!
  : The check in was difficult, communication was tricky with the language barrier. we needed to meet the second day of our trip to have documents checked and pay a city tax, no one showed at scheduled tune and rescheduling was a bit of a head ache, taking some joy out of our vacation. we were then given the wrong amount owed. thankfully someone translated, and it was figured it

  : it was walking distance to bus stop. walking distance to trevi fountain and Spanish steps (5 min) clean property. also very pretty and taken care of.
  : the pillows were uncomfortable. bed was ok. possible bed bug bites.
