  : The host, he waited until the last minute to answer our request. We asked if we could do the check in around 10:15, when the maxim hour to do it is 10pm and he answered us that the only possibility was him picking up us at the airport for 40 euros. If we didnt accepted that, we would have to pay 15 euros per hour. That’s ridiculous, the taxi ride from airport to the city cost 30 euros, 10 less that the amount that he was requesting us. He didnt answer us until we were getting into the plane so we were in a hurry so we couldn’t sayed NO. We finally have to accept him picking up us, and his car was dirty and old! And of course he wasn’t an official taxi driver.

  : Great place for the price, we had a good time here. The train station and bus station is right next to the apartment, so it was really easy to move around. The owner is nice and we had no problems at all during our stay.
  : The room is kind of small, but understandable for the price.

  : The location is incredible. You can see the Vatican dome from the balcony, it's only about a mile to the Vatican. The Metro is just a hundred metres. The apartment is very cheap for the location. The rating reflects the location and price greatly.
  : There is much wrong - sofa bed broken, so max 2 people. I had to clean before using plates and cutlery, somebody else's hair was on the floor! Toilet bowl is stained & seat broken. Shower leaks. Dirty towels, rubbish, broken seat and other mess on balcony. Shutter broken so couldn't close. Kitchen cupboard door broken. Kitchen tap loose and squirted water everywhere. Headboard not attached to bed. Chair cushions missing from most chairs (metal seats). One bed pillow was actually a long cushion! And the kettle cut out before it finished boiling, you had to wait 5 minutes for it to restart and finish.

  : Very good organisation and contact with the organizer (everything we managed online via WhatsUp). Great location, near train and bus station from where you can quickly reach out to any part of the city. Even we faced issues with electricity, the organizer acted fast sending us video what to do. We were there with 2 kids, the area was quiet. I strongly recommend!

  : The owner was really kind and very helpful. The location was really good since it was near the Vatican and 30' walk from the most interesting sights of the city. Moreover, it is near bus and train station. The air-condition worked very well, as well as the wi-fi.
  : The apartment was too small for four member family. It's good though for a couple. When we arrived a terrible smell was coming from the bathroom that didn't even let us sleep but the owner fixed it right the next morning. The faucets were loose and we couldn't use them very well. Most of the kitchen equipment wasn't in good condition so we didn't use it at all. The furniture (bed, sofa-bed, table) we're not also in good condition (the table was broken, fixed with packaging tape). The mattress of the bed was ok the other one of the sofa-bed no. Only 2 out of 4 spot lights worked. The balcony was very small but at least we could see the top of St.Peter. I strongly believe that it wasn't a value for money apartment.
