  : Room clean enough although a few improvements could be made. Felt safe enough and easy enough to access property.
  : Response time from owner (appreciate that they may have been busy at the exact moment we needed help but if there was no one in reception then a quicker response time is a must). Toilet didnt flush and cistern continually drained, had to use Bernoullis theorem to flush it. Shower area wasnt the cleanest and didnt drain properly. It was warm enough and easy to use though. The room key didnt work which led to us being locked out. See first point regrading response time.

  : This apartment suite is great value for money, central locaction, walking distance to various attractions, spannish steps etc 5 min walking distance to the main stop for the tour busses. First impression was it was presented well, rose pettals on the bed, complimentary bottle of wine, although we were 2 sisters the rose petals gave us a giggle. TV, WIFI, MINI FRIDGE, KETTLE, COFFEE MACHINE, IRON, HAIRDRYER all FREE! SECURITY wow.. a solo traveller would be safe as houses.. 1 main entrance requires a key 2nd main door requires a pin all fully CCTV'd corridors & room door is key & card. Corridors within the apartment are clean & well presented, opposite the apartment is a kiosk where u can buy most items you need reasonably priced, the owner was lovely,trustworthy he came over & returned my sisters phone when she left it on his counter. Overall the suites themselves are a pleasant stay for what we paid, great value!
  : Only a few faults with these suites, our main fault was DAY 2 of our holiday the cleaner was in, we noticed various items of our belongings had been moved & not where we put them, including medications! These were not left in a place where a cleaner would feel the need to be touching such things, also only cleaning that had been done was the beds were neater than the way we had made them ourself! DAY 3 the cleaner was quite persistent asking to clean the room on several occasions, due to our previous experience she was told NO THANK YOU! Despite this she continued to enter our room once we left, my sisters clothes had all been re arranged, her jumper was draped over her pillow which again wasn't where the jumper was left prior to them entering the room. again our belongings & medications had been moved! no actual cleaning was done as their were still toothpaste streaks on the clear glass sink, The sink for our bathroom was outside the toilet door in our room which was a bit wobbly but not broken! The bathroom was small straight off your room but it was not unbearable, shower was small again bearable, however the drain appeard to have a minor blockage as the tray would fill & drain slow! Their were still items in the fridge from previous guests & the UHT milk for our tea or coffee went out of date in AUGUST.. 3 months ago!! However you can buy milk across the street. Suites are only staffed for a limited time in the mornings so no one is available to assist with any querys or problems. Our main fault was the cleaners everything else was relatively minor a little DIY would fix.

  : This is our 4th trip to Rome, we have stayed in this area 3 times so we know what to expect, and that is its generally a quiet area away from the noise but also very close to everything. The apartment was spacious, close to Barberini Metro station (10mins walk) and close to Piazza di Spagna (10-15 mins walk). Borghese Galleries also very close by foot (10min).Outside the apartment and across the road there is a shop to buy anything you need such as drinks, snacks etc. Apartment was relatively clean, and although had some issues I believe it was still worth the price that we paid.
  : - No natural light in rooms - view from window was essentially a brick wall. - On arrival our room door would not lock, when I reported this I was told they would fix it the next day and basically if I didn't like it then I could find somewhere else to stay. This is very poor. - Rooms not cleaned properly every day, housekeeping came 3 out of 5 days, bed sheets were not changed and the toilet roll was not replenished - we had to buy our own from the supermarket. - Host is never actually on site, you can only communicate by phone/WhatsApp. - Air con is temperamental. - TV remote doesn't work.

  : We liked having a coffee machine and fridge, the bottle of wine was a nice touch. We were really happy to have a street view. We enjoyed our stay and everything went smoothly. We appreciated being able to leave our bags when we needed to. .
  : The lift wasnt working so we climbed the stairs.... not a big problem. The first sign we saw at reception when we arrived said that the management were not responsible for any lack of electricity, water or Internet! It didnt feel welcoming and made me worried that if we had any of these problems the hotel wouldnt do anything about it. (Electricity and water are basics and a hotel cant absolve themselves of responsibility for providing it) A mostly unmanned building feels quite soulless and left me feeling at bit insecure at times. For example,. We were woken up by someone banging on the door at 1am who had not checked in. As I speak Italian I helped him to try to contact the owner but it really shouldn't be a guest's job to do this. The laundry men couldn't get hold of the owner either.

  : It was clean. It had coffee. It had bus stop very very close.
  : Terrible soundproofing of the room. We were able to hear almost everything that was happening. The floor was all squeeky and the sealing it was like its gonna fall to our heads. We arrive at night and there was nobody there to help us. The lift didnt stop to the third floor. And lastly they could send an email with the check in information or just an sms. I couldn't connect to booking to find my messages in order to find the Check in information. Finally the photos didn't correspond with reality. Almost no natural light to the room.
