  : The distance of the hotel, very close to the Rome Terminal.
  : The radiator(heater) made very loud noise, the toilet and bathroom were in poor condition.

  : The staff were wonderful! They were happy to give suggestions on where to go and eat and were always willing to help you understand how to get there. The breakfast was also great - though a little late, it was a really good traditional Italian breakfast. The location was perfect to get anywhere - it's literally right across the street from the main train and metro station. The bathroom and shower are huge compared to most places in Rome! I was very happy with my stay!
  : This is nothing to do with the staff or running of the hotel, but it may not be a good place to stay for someone who is a light sleeper. It is located right over the metro line, so you constantly hear the trains going by underneath you and the room shakes a bit. Also, no toiletries are provided like a traditional hotel so bring your own or there's a shop at the train station.

  : The location was very convenient although we didn’t feel particularly safe walking around there at night. The room was small but practical and comfortable. The lady at reception was very helpful when I had to pay the city tax after my wallet was stolen. Overall a very pleasant stay.
  : Breakfast was very late and so was not really useful for us as we had to leave before it started each day. Also the reception area seems to only been manned very sporadically.
