: The location of the apartment was great. A wonderful view of the river and easy walking distance to all the sites of the city or Metro stations. The apartment was gigantic and well maintained. It was clean and everything functioned. It had all the basic amenities needed. The beds were comfortable and plenty of seating throughout the apartment. The bathrooms were all great. Despite being on a main road it was quiet at night. The building itself has a lift, although the apartment is only one flight up. The building is well maintained. The hosts communicated very well and were accommodating to meet us early to drop off our bags while the cleaning was being completed. I would highly recommend staying here.
: The only downfall was the internet was not very reliable. I needed to work during the vacation, so it was very stressful and I had to run around and find alternate venues that offered strong wifi (hard to find good wifi in Rome in general!). If you will be relying on wifi, plan to have a portable wifi with you or an alternate to work. It may have been a fluke during our stay, but a heads up in case it is critical to your stay.

: Very cool apartment! Spacious as described, nice furnishings and great location.
: The air conditioners in the bedrooms did not work. Made it very difficult to sleep during the heat wave! Also half of the power turned off on our final night.

: The location was the only positive of this apartment. Travestere area is really nice. Great restaurants.
: The apartment was dirty and very worn. Badly in need of a deep cleaning and painting. We had to call the first day because of all the dust and bathroom showers had mildew and mold. Oven and kitchen was dirty, floors were horrible. Our feet were black from walking barefoot. My poor kids were sneezing from the dust. A cleaning lady came the next day and literally left the apartment just as dirty as it was when she got there. Sheets were stained. We didnt even feel comfortable sleeping in the beds. We put some towels to cover the sheets. Wi-Fi was super sketchy, barely worked. Gives you the feeling that all they care about is collecting money and not doing anything to keep the place descent for guests. Reached out to property managers and they offered to return cleaning fee only if I left a positive review! Needless to say I didnt get my cleaning fee back. Not sure how they received good reviews. Maybe once upon a time the apartment was nice. But as of Oct 2023 the place was dirty, worn, and the furniture is not stylish. Its old, falling apart, and dirty. Lots of mismatch pieces and art that is not necessarily appropriate for children.
