: We are family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids 6mnt and 10yrs). Great property! Lot of space for family! We were asked about baby cot in advance. You can regulate heating up to your needs. There are additional covers if freezing, but we didn’t need them. On the kitchen you can find salt, sugar, oil etc for your convinience.Luka is a very friendly host, told if any questions or problems, just txt him! App very close to all main places, Vatican is about 10min on foot, then piazza Navona, Pantheon etc just in walking disatance. Supermarkets (Eurospin and Carrefour) in 7min walk.

: Nice fair price. Clean. Nice view from balcony to st. Peter Basilica. Located near Vatican wall. Best solution for Vatican focused tourists. Personal helped us to book transfer and fix sofa problems in hall next day.
: We traveled 7 adult friends. This place for 6 person max. Uncomfortable bed conditions in studio hall. One bedroom is very unfair small. Recommended for family rest more than adults company.

: The apartment has a good location. It is possible to reach Vatican in 10 minutes by foot, but unfortunately it takes twice as much to reach the metro. The place was spacious, cosy and very easy to heat. We were never cold although it was winter time. There are nice bakeries, major supermarkets and pharmacies nearby, which is also convenient. The owner was polite, helpful and was there on time to check us in, and shuttle service he provided was very good.
: Neighborhood was a bit loud. The apartment looked clean at first glance but then we got a bit uncomfortable. We had to wash all the kitchenware before we felt okay to use them. Rooms were mostly dusty and linens had some suspicious stains. The bathrooms were old and the sink in one of the bathrooms was unusable because it was heavily clogged. The small bathroom got a smell due to the lack of ventilation. All small and very solvable problems but they were there after all and they reduced the comfort during our stay.

: Great location. the apartment was big enough for all of us.
: the kitchen appliances were not clean. the showers were dirty, one room did not have air conditioning. Little things that could make this apartment GREAT. it needs some refurbishing
