  : This is such a facility that they can charge you for the things they dont meet. While the whole world is facing the corono virus, they dont hesitate to take our money. I guess they expect us to travel illegally and go to italy. They expect us to fly to italy despite all the restrictions!

  : The only real positive about the accomodation was the location.
  : The staff member that checked us in was overly “friendly” and made us (two females) feel extremely uncomfortable and concerned. He unnecessarily came into our room on more than one occasion despite expressing that we didn’t need any help or have any questions, and would not take no for answer after we repeatedly declined his offer for a drink. He may have had good intentions, but even as experienced travellers we both felt unsettled and felt the need to question our safety after our experience.The room was noisy with no soundproofing meaning you could hear every footstep and word spoken by guests in adjacent rooms.The interior of the room had wooden boards covering up something?? on the walls, and the door to our room was old and felt very unstable with a temperamental lock.Overall it was not a pleasant experience and we were glad to be out of there first thing in the morning.
