  : Location was good! Room was lovely and spacious. Great air conditioning, lovely bathroom. The host was fantastic and came to meet me and showed me around the apartment. Great experience and would definitely recommend.

  : The location of the apartment is unreal! Right in the heart of Rome. 15 minute walk to the colloseum, 20 minute walk to the Trevi fountanne. The area is filled with lots of amazing bars and restaurants right at the doorstep of the apartment. The flat is spacious and bright. The big advantage was the air-conditioning which was a life saver. Shower is rather small, but it was not a big inconvenience. Comfy bed, peace and quiet in the flat and the hoast was very helpful with check in when struggling to open front door he video called and guided us through it. Definitely recommend!

  : Very good location, walking distance to all major tourist attractions. We were also surprised by how quiet the apartment was!
  : The only thing: here on booking.com it says that there is free parking - which basically means that it is up to you to look for the free parking spots in the neighborhood. Most of the parking in this area is not free though, but affordable (ca 8€/day).

  : Location was good - very close to Termini train station
  : We were only given half a toilet roll for a 4 night stay - as it was already open and there was no loo roll holder we presumed other people had been using itWe were given 1 bath towel each for a 4 night stay - the towel radiator did not work so our towels were permanently wet and cold which was not nice when the weather was wet and cold alsoThe bed only had a sheet and then a sort of synthetic cover - no duvet - we were freezing at nightThe one electric heater in the apartment just made lots of noise and didn’t give out any heat - we were freezing The shower was hanging off the wall and my 80 year old mother got burnt as the water goes from freezing to scalding in an instant and she accidentally knocked the controls. There was no washing up liquid and no tea towell so we could not wash up our cups etc and made us wonder if they had been washed properly by the previous occupantsThe first night the neighbour was practicing the drums until the early hours - the same “song” over and over again. The second night someone was doing DIY - hammering drilling etc - we left after the second night as it was very exhausting and cold
