  : We found out we had no air conditioning in the room a month before we came, and we had booked it a few months in advance so there was no possibility of finding anything better in central Rome. Booking assured us we would get a refund, but we were told to pay in cash and we got to invoice of stay, so we had slept in a room for a week with 28c every night for nothing! Would NOT recommend! And booking costumer service only made us go in circles trying to get out invoice instead of actually helping us!! WILL NOT BE USING BOOKING.COM AGAIN!!!

  : The rooms were too basic, smelt very bad, the safe didn't work.and the door handle was loose.There was no manager present at any time and only a guy to check us in and a cleaner in the morning. No staff on site.

  : I just arrived home after a week spent at WRH Termini. Smooth check in, great location (that's why i've chosen the proximity with Termini, i've been before in Rome and I knew where to found accomodation).The room was clean, the cleaning personnel where there daily - changing the bed sheets and cleaning the room.
  : The room is perfect for 2 people, 3 adults are "ok" and if you have a child then there's a crowd. There is a lack of storage space, no place to put your clothes, basically you had a tiny table and a one-shelf cabinet and that's it. The streets seems unsafe during the evening and night - there are many homeless people sleeping in the area but we had no issues with them.
